Shipping policy

Dispatching time: orders are getting dispatched 4-5 working days after being received. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, there will be an additional 1-2 working days delay. A confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcel, damage in transit, weather conditions or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than that. To avoid any disappointment please make sure to place your order in advance as we don't take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.
